BREATHE: A Mindfulness Training Series:
Join us for this free 6-week workshop series on introductory mindfulness skills. Students will learn mindfulness meditation and various practices designed to reduce emotional distress, improve attention, and address stress patterns.
This workshop series is appropriate for any student interested in learning about meditation and those wanting to develop emotional resilience to manage anxiety and stress.
We will have a required information session for students to attend October 6th.
